11. Maho Beach – Saint Martin
Maho Beach on the island of Saint Martin is famous because it’s right next to an airport. People visit not only for the beach, but also to watch airplanes take off and land very close. It’s a special place where you can enjoy both the beach and watching airplanes.
When planes are about to land, they come in very low over the beach, which is really exciting. But when planes take off, the strong blast of air can be powerful, so be careful and hold onto something sturdy!
