10. Glass Beach – California, USA
It’s really nice to see a pretty beach with white sand. But it’s equally amazing to see Glass Beach in California. Instead of regular sand, this beach is covered in colorful glass. Glass Beach is near MacKerricher State Park and the small city of Fort Bragg.
This beach isn’t like the usual ones because it was made over time by people throwing garbage, especially glass, onto the coast in different places. As the years passed, the glass broke into tiny pieces and became smooth, creating three “Glass Beaches” close to the city. These beaches are full of colorful glass, like a kaleidoscope.
